Perennial was established in 2018 by Amelia Haney. Inspired by enduring beauty with a commitment to sustainable creation, the refined collection explores a timeless sensibility through effortless silhouettes composed of exceptional natural fabrics. Each garment in the seasonless collection is designed with an intention to evoke eternal modernity and be treasured for years to come.
Perennial garments are made in limited quantities in the USA by a zero-waste, woman-owned, certified b-corp. All fabrics are responsibly sourced from mills, suppliers and collectors who share in our mission to reduce environmental impact and we are privileged to collaborate with extraordinary independent weavers in creating one-of-a-kind handwoven fabrics.
Amelia is a graduate of Parsons School of Design, with a major in Strategic Design and studies in fashion and sustainability at Central Saint Martins, London College of Fashion and Parsons Paris. With a childhood centered in fine art, Amelia found her creative passion at a young age and intention through environmental awareness. A simple idea that began as a final capstone, intended to uncover and respond to the environmental devastation caused by the fashion industry, ignited the core ethos of what is now Perennial.
